Quality control

Our team of 30 qualified and motivated textile engineers comprises an equal number of travelling controllers and locals’ controllers.

This structure allows us to cover the whole territory of Bulgaria and at the same time to easily mobilize resources to particular places when this is necessary.

The control takes place during the production process but it can be also strengthened by an independent final control by specialists who have not taken part in the control during the production process.

Our controllers are specialized in types of products and have degrees from universities with knitwear and/or woven fabrics specialties. They are responsible for one and the same brands and groups of products, the purpose of this being to acquire flair and to get acquainted with the specifics and the level of quality expected by the client.

With an aim to enhance the effectiveness of our quality control, the procedures we offer are built on the basis of the ISO standards which strictly determine the quantity of excerpts and the rules for information transfer.

These valuable means allow us to achieve an exceptionally high rate of customer satisfaction.
